If your Polish company plans to carry out work in another EU country and you want to send your employees there for this purpose, we will help you prepare all the required documents in an appropriate manner.

Posting employees to work in EU countries,
obtaining “A1” certificate
- defining the procedure for delegating foreign employees of a Polish company to perform work in a given EU country,
- preparation of work permits and/or residence cards for foreign workers,
- preparation of an application for obtaining form “A1” for employees,
- drawing up employment contracts with foreigners, taking into account the needs of delegation,

Work permits in Poland:
- preparation and submission for registration of short-term work permits (Declaration of intent to entrust work to a foreigner),
